Speaking of towels - I have NEVER in 50 years seen a towel in the bathroom like the one I had for my 1st shower - it had a hole in it the size of a baby's head! Are you kidding me? There were also small fruit flies in the bathroom. With no housekeeping due to Covid, you need to call the lobby to get more towels, coffee, etc. The lobby serves Sparrow Coffee in the lobby, but it's not complementary - that is only the keurig coffee maker in your room (which doesn't get hot enough btw). You would think at a high end hotel like this one would be more accommodating with their guests. The wifi was spotty - My daughter was booted from her zoom lessons several times over the 5 days, and I was unable to complete work on my laptop at night since emails were not able to be sent. We did get the adjoining rooms we needed for our daughter to continue her online learning. We asked for a room with a balcony but didn't received one. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable.
